Make life easy for yourself in this beautiful, fully equipped fitted kitchen, with electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, and coffee maker. Put your favourite CD in the stereo, and enjoy a leisurely breakfast or candle lit dinner with family or friends around the old pine table. The views of the town and the estuary from this room are fantastic.

Nestled up on the second floor of the cottage is this spacious double bedroom room with stripped floors and antique pine furniture. Snuggle up in the king size bed and watch the colour portable television or listen to your favourite tunes on the CD player. This bedroom has the benefit of an en-suite with electric shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.

No one could complain about getting up in a morning when waking up to the stunning view out across the town and down to the river that this double bedroom enjoys. Located to the rear of the cottage on the first floor, it has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and is adjacent to the family bathroom.

Also on the first floor is the third bedroom, which houses two single beds, making it an ideal room for either adults or children to share. An antique pine wardrobe and a chest of drawers provide plenty of storage in this surprisingly spacious twin room.

A unique addition to the normal accommodation expected of a holiday home, the smallest bedroom on the first floor of the cottage has been made into a dedicated nursery, complete with a travel cot and a large useful cupboard with a changing mat top. A high chair, travel gate and microwave steriliser are also provided for guests to use, in the hope that at least some of your boot space can be spared for Mummy and Daddy's luggage!

Serving the two bedrooms on the first floor, the family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, a washbasin and a toilet. The views from this bright, sunny room are truly stunning - never will brushing your teeth have been so pleasurable!

Enjoy an alfresco breakfast or a well deserved glass of chilled white wine at the end of a busy day out on the sun terrace that runs along the back of the cottage. From here, the full view out across to the church and the castle, and to the river and countryside beyond can be properly appreciated.
